Data & Deletion
Last updated August 24, 2026
You can delete your own data yourself, from your private space — no need to email support. This page explains exactly what that button does.
What gets deleted
- Every ritual session and everything you wrote in it.
- Any generated result or artifact from a paid product.
- Your check-in answers, and any active or upcoming check-in series is cancelled — no further reminder emails will be sent.
- Your email address and the private return-link history tied to it.
What's kept, and why
A minimal purchase/payment record (amount, date, product, payment reference) is kept for accounting. It contains none of your written content, and after deletion it's no longer linked to your email or to any content — it becomes an anonymous accounting entry.
What happens to active products
If you have a check-in series in progress, deleting your data cancels it — you won't receive any further check-in emails, and there's nothing left to return to for that product. This is intentional: we treat "delete my data" as a full stop, not a pause.
What happens to your private return link
Once you delete your data, any outstanding return link is invalidated along with the email it was tied to — it can't be used to access anything, because there's nothing left for it to point to.
Timing
Deletion happens immediately when you confirm it — not queued for later. The one exception is routine database backups, which may retain a copy for a limited time before that backup itself is cycled out (see Privacy Policy).
Can I do this again, or partially?
Deletion covers everything eligible in one action — there's currently no way to delete a single ritual while keeping others. Running deletion again is safe; if there's nothing left, it simply confirms that.
