What this is

TwoLensStory is a private, self-directed tool for working through a specific situation on your own terms. It is for personal, individual use — not a clinical, medical, or emergency service.

Not therapy or medical care

TwoLensStory is not therapy, counseling, or medical treatment, and using it does not create a therapist/patient or doctor/patient relationship of any kind. See our Safety page for what to do if you're in crisis.

Your content

What you write during a ritual is yours. You're responsible for what you enter — don't submit anything illegal, anything that infringes someone else's rights, or anything intended to harm another person. We don't claim ownership over what you write, and we don't publish or share it (see Privacy Policy).

Prohibited use

• Attempting to disrupt, overload, or gain unauthorized access to the service.
• Using the service to harass, threaten, or plan harm against another person.
• Automated scraping or bulk use inconsistent with individual personal use.

Payment

Paid products are charged in full at checkout, in the currency and amount shown before you pay. Payment processing is handled by Stripe.

Refunds and cancellations

LEGAL REVIEW REQUIRED. We don't currently have a published refund policy to state here with confidence — one exists at the code level (a refund endpoint) but the actual conditions under which a refund is granted are a business/legal decision, not something this document invents. If you have a payment issue, contact support@twolensstory.com.

Availability

We aim to keep the service available but don't guarantee uninterrupted access. Features may change over time.

Intellectual property

The TwoLensStory product — its design, the ritual system, and its brand elements — belongs to us. Your own written content belongs to you.

Termination and deletion

You can stop using TwoLensStory at any time and delete your eligible data yourself — see Data & Deletion.

Governing law and disputes

LEGAL REVIEW REQUIRED. A specific governing-law clause and dispute-resolution process are jurisdiction-specific and are not invented here.
